HOT MESS

2020, Group show curation and organisation with 36 artists.

Installation view at Prince Charles, Berlin.

On the occasion of extended frustrations and confusing world events, 36 artists converge at a usually sweaty, brutalist location in Berlin to exhibit their individual creative output related to the world and times we are living in.
A deliberately open topic, the show is intended to be a HOT MESS of creativity, exhibiting diverse art mediums, narratives, opinions, points of view, explorations, argumentations, feelings, insightsand questions.

The first in an intended series of exhibitions highlighting the work of Berlin-based artists, in an ex-club, turning club space into art space with a voice.
HOT MESS is intended to act as an art mediation platform between artists and the public, making artmore accessible to the public whilst supporting artists through visibility. The future vision of HOT MESS includes a digital information platform where the public can gain insights into the thought and processes of the artists, creating a cultural connection and community.
